The Regional Workshop to Promote the Adherence of Member States in the Africa Region to the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management is set to take place in Accra, Ghana, from December 15 to December 19, 2025. This pivotal event aims to enhance the understanding and compliance of member states with international safety standards regarding spent fuel and radioactive waste management.
